Why it was created.
This inking brush is perfect for inkers and illustrators who love to work with a small tipped inking brush. It offers an beautifully expressive thick-to-thin line. Most closely matches a flexible #1 brush tip.
How it was created.
I made this pen by researching, what I felt was, the perfect smooth paper texture. I scanned in the paper at a high-quality, highly-detailed, 600dpi resolution and performed some Photoshop magic to bring out the details, just so, to make a perfect paper texture file that Clip Studio Paint could use effectively. Then I applied that texture directly to the pen so you get the perfect textures, hi-resolution pencil stroke every time. Further, all my Digital Art Brushes are already sized to match real world tools (when working on a 600dpi canvas), so you don’t need to fuss and waste time constantly resizing your brush.
